Meet Our Founder
Ruby Alexander
I'm Ruby, the founder of Triumph Yoga. My journey began with a quest to overcome my own trauma. I read extensively and spent many hours in therapy, which led me to a deep self-exploration.

During this time, I found Trauma-Informed Yoga, which was more than a regular practice for me. It became a key part of my life, providing insights and tools beyond what I found in therapy. Yoga brought significant changes to my life.

This personal experience showed me the strength of resilience and healing. Motivated by the changes I saw in myself, I wanted to share this with others. I imagined a place where yoga's healing power was available to everyone, a place for growth and nurturing.

This idea turned into Triumph Yoga, a space for healing and learning. I'm committed to this practice, hoping to let others experience the journey that Trauma-Informed Yoga offers.
At Triumph Yoga, I welcome everyone to explore and grow in a community that understands trauma and healing.
My role is more than just facilitating Trauma Informed Yoga; it's about fostering an environment where understanding and personal growth are key.
