    Absolutely! Our training is open to everyone, regardless of whether you are a certified yoga teacher or therapist. In fact, our founder began her journey in a similar way and was so inspired that she established Triumph Yoga.

    Our standard course is a 50-hour program, over 5 days, designed to provide an in-depth understanding and practical experience in Trauma-Informed Yoga.
  • Are there any online options for attending the courses?
    Nearly there, we offer in-person and soon will be offering online course options to cater to various needs and locations.
  • What qualifications do your instructors have?
    Our instructors are experienced and certified in yoga, with specific training and expertise in trauma-informed practices.

  • How can I book a course at Triumph Yoga?

  • What is the cost of the Trauma-Informed Yoga course?

  • What is your policy on refunds and cancellations?
    Cancellation more than 90 days before training starts: Eligible for a full refund. (there will be an admin fee to process this.) Cancellation 31 to 90 days before training: You will receive a 50% credit of the total amount paid (there will be an admin fee to process this.) Cancellation within 30 days of the training start date: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds or credits if you cancel during this period.
